We respect the quality standards and code of conduct of the Dutch Mediators Federation (Mediatorsfederatie Nederland MfN). Our mediators are registered and certified by MfN. This ensures high quality and experienced mediators for our clients.

Training
Proper, respectful and effective communication in the workplace is a key element for successful teamwork.
We train employees, executives, and independent professionals in Conflict Prevention and Conflict Management to help organisations and teams perform the best way possible.
Our approach is interactive and practical. In collaboration with you, we tailor what we do to your needs and wishes.
Executive coaching
We provide personal coaching for executives and other professionals. We focus on empowerment and optimising personal performance and balance within the professional context.
